The Willmore Christian Basketball Foundation (WCBF) is a non-profit organization iniciated on February 27, 1995, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic;  with the purpose to work with children, youth, adults, seniors, and the community with special needs, to enhalce their life style through physcal, spiritual, social, educational, and healthy activities; as well as community service and advocacy.

Besides of being dedicated to the Dominican community, the foundation works with various groups in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA, along with other religious and non religious organizations.
 

MISSION STATEMENT
The vision of the foundation is to follow Christ’s example of serving and caring for those in need through the wonderful sport of basketball.


"For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me" Matthew 25:35, 36.
